Typically I caution against using a home graphic in inspection logos due to the constant overuse of the image across multiple industries, but an unusual concept and name can refresh what would otherwise be a commonplace logo. In this design the bear in the home ties into the company name and keeps the house unique enough to be memorable. This logo would look incredibly generic without the bear character in the center. It also wouldn’t work as well if the company name wasn’t directly tied to the graphic in the logo. You can get away with using typical imagery if you can keep the concept distinctive enough to look different from everybody else. One of the primary goals of a logo is to help people to remember your specific company.
