I guess we don’t know for sure without knowing what it feeds but that looks like 5 open frame contactors in an otherwise normal panel. Since the space was provided it is legal.
If I was bored I would look at the Cutler Hammer(?) web site in the “controls” area.

It is a 2004 Seagrave to be used as a frontline rescue squad. It will run about 2,000-3,000 runs a year. The one it replaces is 13 years old and on its last legs. It’s got a PTO driven 35KW generator that is fired up from the cab on any call expected to need tools or lights. It’s also got a 20KW Diesel generator.
As for what it powers:
Lights and woowoo
9,000 watt light tower
8 halogen floods
a bunch of cord reels used to run portable lights and tools like saws and fans

So Daniel, are you in that new movie ladder 49? I can't wait to see it.
It was filmed about 3 miles from my house. I may be in it, but don't bother looking. We took our ladder up to help stand in a funeral procession for the movie. Lot's of buzz about it in the fire dept circles. Actually looks pretty realistic. In fact, Juoquin Pheonix actually completed the entire Baltimore training academy, and all the firefighters were trained pretty heavily. Travolta spent weeks in the academy.

Saw Jon T. talking it up on Letterman last night. Guys from my firehouse are meeting tonight to go see it. Can’t wait! Hope we don’t get a call in the middle of it.

John T. is a great guy. Actually flew three guys from my county to Oprah and then his house and then the premier. He said he can’t believe the firefighters looked up to him as an actor while he looked up to them.
