There are new regulations coming to the UK.

It looks like they are trying to make it as easy as possible for Inspectors to register. http://www.residentiallandlord.co.uk/news427.htm

I can only hope that it is properly handled in our country when the information is finally released to our Home inspectors.

I have to say the UK sure know how to charge a reasonable amount so an inspector can make a decent living .

Hi to all,

Paul, i think you are mixing up Surveyors with inspectors, back home surveyors are really acting more like appraisors do over here, the standards for home inspection under the new act are very similar to the standards that we would use here.

Regards

Gerry
