In order for home inspectors to add new value added services we developed a new program for home inspectors "MoistureFree Certified Roof Inspector". Inspectors can now offer unigue services to: Builders-Buyers-Sellers-Realtors to qualify a home for the only 3 rd party warranty service.
Builders- Builders who want up to 15 years of roof protection will require a MoistureFree Certified Inspector.
**Realtors-Buyers-Sellers-**Wanting upto 7 years of warranty protection on an existing roof will require a MoistureFree Certified Inspector.
