Nice Letter From a Student
Mr. Gromicko,
Outstanding sir!
After attending the IR class taught by John McKenna at the Boulder Internachi training site this weekend, I am convinced that I chose the absolute best affiliation available with Internachi.
As a brand new inspector I found John’s knowledge ,insight, and teaching, very helpful to identify and explain the characteristics of IR technology as it pertains to the potential defects encountered during a home inspection; The time with ‘hands on’ IR cameras and equipment in the House of Horrors was invaluable to help understand how anomalies may or may not appear depending on the variables affecting the infrared image. I’ve learned more of how I may bring more value to the marketplace, and as expertise increases how we will be of greater benefit to our clients, our business, and our profession.
Also Nick – Thank you! I must emphasize that we all greatly appreciate the gesture and generosity of Internachi hosting lunch both days at Avery’s for our entire class, the food and fellowship was great!

Nick needs to do a video of his washing machine. It is one of the first ones ever built and is still working. He has several old kitchen items like that. Everyone always enjoys seeing the old kitchen/laundry set up. Very cool.
