*EDITED…I over looked the exterior disconnect next to the service meters
This Eaton panel was inside a Ryan townhome today with no main disconnect switch, but all the approved inspection stickers…the home was built in 2019, am i missing something?

Do you have a picture of the electric meter socket?
More than likely a meter panel. Main breaker outside next to the meter. Common with townhomes.
Yup, this is the Subpanel. You need to locate the MAIN Disconnect somewhere between the Sub and the Meter Socket!
Hello Robert. Just a small bit unsolicited advice about procedure. One of the first things I do upon arrival to an inspection is locate exterior utilities. I attempt to locate the water meter, gas meter, sanitary clean-outs, electrical service etc., even with multi-unit buildings (low-rise or hi-rise buildings may be an exception under some circumstances). Following this procedure provides needed insight when proceeding further along the inspection.
Sub/Remote/Auxiliary panel.
I appreciate the advice. The truth is this was just the first time I ran across a shut off switch at the meter and it’s something I won’t forget.
