Onwards and upwards!
Great work Nick!
This is great news thing is what percentage of them are in Ontario and what number will we provide as a base line for amount of Inspections needed to be CERTIFIED and what amount of hours will the government consider as a minimum requirement if and when we are pushed into licensing.
Allot of questions but no answers yet!!!
I almost hate to put this up but it is time.
I find it strange most of those who where very active then are no longer listed on the PHPIO ? PHPIC web site .

Hypothesis, PHPIC members coming here.
I know one but he was not that active helping INACHI members Roy. He did not use the InterNACHI logo as one should within the laws that govern our great Association.
Do you think the laws are a ***MAYBE yes and MAYBE no *** subject?

1.200 hundred members.
Great news Nick. I am proud of you and thank you very much on behalf of Quebec INACHI members, real estate purchasers, vendors and owners.
Thank you for sharing that.
Pricing is everything as we all well know Nick.
When you can get the best under one roof as compared to ***tiered platforms ***that make “time the extractor of money”, its a no brainer mate:-) A bloody no brainer.
Free educational referencing as compared to tiered education by levels and steps. Close door association policy, inability to talk, fear of being reprimanded, excluded etc. man I would be out those doors knowing what I know now and as fast as you can say InterNACHI
Its no wonder free thinkers come here and exchange the reams of knowledge freely. InterNACHI is transparent as other try to elude with smoke and mirrors.
All the best Nick.
As always, INACHI is a grand association.
Bob’s always your uncle mate:cool: You can count on that.

That all have great depths of gratification for those whom can extract the knowledge and fact they seek. Ether for rebuttal or in the keeping of notes.
.
Herein lies the fallacy that the rest of your arguments are based upon.
Where are the consumers clamoring for independent reviews of home inspectors?
What piece of legislation ever proposed or passed has ever “assured a highly accurate home inspection for consumers”?
There are no such things.
In that there are no such things, the efforts behind addressing them are disingenuous.
Another reason behind slow and steady unbiased views and reviews with thrid party monitoring.
Thanks Kevin.
