Older panel (GTE) Sylvania

Not able to read the breaker markings so hoping someone knows if these are the proper type.
Please notice the placement angle on the whole row of breakers and should I defer this panel or is it OK for them tio be lined up this way.
Panel is most likely original to build date of 1965.

I think I would defer it .

That’s usually an indication of a damaged breaker-seat.

I will defer based on the visual issue.
They seemed to have some play on touch.
