Online-Agreement Problem

I sent the client the nachi online agreement. He initialed it.

He said he did not get the confirmation email.

I went through the steps to have the confirmation email sent to him
again and he said he never gets it.

We tried it over 10 times and he never gets the email.

I would bet it is in your client’s junk mail box.

I checked the agreement system and it is working OK… this guy must have a spam
blocker programed too tight. You know how that goes sometimes.

I agree with Nick. More than likely sitting in his spam folder.
