Hi. Fred;

Hope you are doing fine, and work is in abundance.
I am not a plumber, but a Commercial Builder, and think that a pea trap is not required with the use of this grease trap, for I believe it is creating the trap required. I might be wrong, but sure someone will respond and comment to my comment.

Most applications on the commercial side have the sink or sinks without p traps dumping into a floor sink which is trapped prior to the grease trap.

Thanks for the replies. This setup does not have any trap prior to the grease trap. Also, the grease trap is leaking. There is a wad of grease at the rear of the tank.
