So you don’t have to be licensed in the State of PA to Report on Wood destroying pest, However I am told some Lending companies require the pest inspection/report to be done by a Licensed pesticide applicator. Do any PA Inspectors offer pest inspections that do not have a Pesticide applicator license and have you had any issues with doing so? Thank you in advance for the input.
I contract all my pest inspections to a termite guy. He fills out and files the NPMA-33 form.
I sub them all out. Send me an email and I will forward the contact information for a company that I use to do the pest inspections for me. They work with a bunch of inspectors in the area.
I talked to a department of agriculture guy before, and he said that they let the industry “self regulate” because “most” mortgage companies want to see the license number.
