I use PayPal quite often for on-line purposed. The e-mail scam has been going abound for a while now. Basically, if any business like this sends you an e-mail asking for account information, it’s in fact not the business sending it. Why would they be asking you for information they already have? I mean, if I forget my password information I get ahold of them not the other way around. PayPal has been a great service for me.
A few months ago, twice, I purchased software on-line, You know the kind where you pay for it then can download it, but once I paid with PayPal the software was not available for DL.
I contacted PayPal both times and they credited my account like a week later and said they would go after the money. So they actually gave me the money back before they even were able to collect it from the source. Now that’s customer satisfaction. I certainly plan to use them for HI inspection payments.
