Since my electrical question was answered so quickly, lets see what happens here icon_biggrin.gif

Was causes this discoloration on PB piping? Could it be simply from the hot water?

Jeff…

If it's the white discoloration...as it's only on the bottom I'd suspect that it was mineral deposits, or reaction to same, from leaking water "sliding" down the outside of the pipes. Any damage in the cabinet?

If it's the darkened area towards the bottom...Dunno!

What's the whte stuff growing out of the ABS drain?

All the white stuff is leakage (reported as such). I’m asking about the brown color near the bottom.

The only thing I know of that could do such a thing is a heat source of some kind but ,not the hot water. Maybe someone hung a light from the pipe whilst they were creating (I mean fixing) the leaks. icon_lol.gif

I have put the past behind me,

where , however, it now sits, making rude remarks.

It certainly looks like mold from your enhancements icon_biggrin.gif I couldn’t rub it off (I tried )

When I was resizing these images for my report, I inadvertently deleted the originals I would love to have shown you a high quality close up but alas, I have them no more It may have been some type of paint overspray

Jeff,

What made me think of that was when someone uses silicone grout around a tub or shower mild will embed itself in the silicone and you have to remove it and put in new to get rid of it.

Good call. Obviously it’s difficult to determine using just these pictures. I appreciate all of the input - even from Gerry icon_lol.gif
