PEX and insurance companies

Hi all,

I live by the rule that no plumbing is safe from potential problems.

My question is about PEX and whether some insurance companies will Insure the buyer or not depending on the year the PEX was installed.

Is there such a thing as a “safe” date and is the newest DZR PEX problem free?
