Anybody can tell me the proper distance between these two? My first time seeing an exhaust fan and plumbing vent right on top of each other.
I don’t believe that is an issue, Quintavius but the installation appears to be problematic and waiting for a leak.

Do you happen to have a picture of the attic/inside area of these penetrations? It might explain how they ended up installing one vent penetration on top of the other.
