Polybutylene or? I could not get a clearer pic. This looks similar to polybutylene piping but ive never seen it with handtightened fittings

The pb looks off to me, more like 83. It comes off a rusted pressure tank and corroded shutoff valve. Plumber needs to get in there anyways

Its attached to copper before going up wall, so its easy replacement.

The fittings are from Qest, a once very popular and widely used plumbing component.

A family friend worked at the Fort Wayne Genova warehouse for 40years before they closed about 7 years ago. They never manufactured polybutylene pipe.
