Spring time is here and everything starts anew. Let's see how long we can keep this subject going with POSITIVE COMMENTS ONLY. There are plenty of other places to post concerns or negative thoughts. They are even encouraged and welcomed to a degree.
Join me in sharing uplifting comments to brighten someone's day.
May God bless and have a great day! ![icon_lol.gif](upload://zEgbBCXRskkCTwEux7Bi20ZySza.gif)

wow what a nice post to wake up to! I kind of stumbled into Nachi …and am very thankful for being a part of it. I think that’s the way life is sometimes…the paths you don’t necessarily intend to take sometimes turn out to be very good.

Our NACHI Chapter in Central Missouri is made up of members from a variety of organizations and associations who, while we disagree on a few issues here and there, all agree that NACHI does more for the home inspector than all others, combined.
What can we give back to NACHI to help futher its growth and increase its growing prestige in this area - that is where we target our efforts, and make money while we do it.

I’m tickled silly that NACHI not only gives me my “money’s worth”, but the value received far outweighs what I’ve paid.
That's why I give back and actively promote it, having created 2 state chapters, as I know that anyone who spends some time on this site &/or at meetings will be enriched.
An organization this large is always going to have room for improvement. Those who like to point out faults can actually make the organization stronger by following, in the next breath, with proposed solutions.
I agree, let's keep the MB as an uplifting experience!

I myself promote NACHI on everything I give out. Brochures, notepads, business cards, gift certificates, pens, even on the outside of my envelopes I send my marketing material to realtors. The reason I do this is because there are very few realtors around here that have ever heard of NACHI. I am doing my best to educate them on the organization and our SOP and COE.

You could say I actively promote NACHI. Unabashedly so. I have absolutely no qualms about using NACHI’s name & symbol on my literature, wooden nickels & vehicle to further my own ends - and, simultaneously, NACHI’s,
