Many of our inspectors do pre-listing inspections, and the charges vary depending upon the area in which you work.
You will probably get more response if you post this in the Members or Misc. sections of the board. This area is for HVAC related topics.

I do pre-listing inspections, and charge more than a pre-puchase inspection. In my area I charge anywhere from $60-100 more over a pre-puchase inspection.
