Pro Lab has seemed to have increased their air sample hold time from 3 to 5 days. I was wondering why my last 2 sample results came in late and embarrashed the hell out of me! I had to refund a portion of the inspection fee! Not nice!
Hi John,
How did you ship the samples to Pro-Lab? I have had it take up to a week sometimes when using the USPS.
I’ve use a few labs. I perfer Pro-Lab. Been using them over 3 year with no issues and even got a couple referral from them. Ask for Mike Hertz.
EVERYONE in SW Florida…PRO LAB ROCKS…USE THEM! They are the absolute best company! They will even tell your customers if you have a mold problem. Think of that! Tell me that is not awesome. A company who has never seen the house, seen how you took the sample, knows ANYTHING about the the situation will give a professional finding.
I think they also provide the winning lottery numbers with every 10 samples purchased. They also protect people who alter their reports so they can pass a post mitigation test.
This is a no brainer…besides, I will give you one guess who has a piece of that action…I will not give away his name, but his initials are…well thats a secret
I agree! They are the rock stars of the ‘FBN’ Inspection Industry. Their motto is “Have it your way”.
I highly recommend them to any inspectors in Port St. Lucie, FL area!
Um…Pete, I think Russell’s sarcasm was lost on you.
No, Reese. Not at all.
LOL HA! How true. I once proved the unqualified nature of Pro-lab’s reports when they say “Yes” there is a mold problem in a house they’ve never seen. I took a swab sample from a dried up broccoli stalk out of my garden and sent it to them under the guise that it came from my living room. They sent back the report with the usual claim that “Yes” I had a mold problem. I broke to my broccoli gently.
Deal (vegetable) killer! Its people like you who give Pro-Lab a repuation they deserve! Pro-lab is the best to use. I just hope all the SW Florida Home Inspectors don’t find out. I mean the 5 day turn around, the superior service, the findings defined and explained to the customer without ever seeing the house.
All you have to do is take the sample, send it to them and all the rest is taken care of for you. How awesome is that? Sampling, no liability from either party and each one plays it off on the other! It may suck, but the customer will never know.
I mean they only hired you to do a mold sampling, not to really know anything about mold. Easy money in the bank…
They wave the magic hyphae and make their pronouncement.
