Hey fellas, this is my first time encountering this that I’ve ever noticed. The grounds and neutrals were stripped and pushed pretty far in, enough to be touching one of the main service legs. Is this any type of issue? There is a 100 amp main in panel, not a sub panel. Thanks for any help with this.

Drew, it looks to me like the overstripped wire (neutral) is touching the grounded conductor (neutral).
