That picture brings back memories. Those boilers were my start in the heating biz. I worked with my farther on them. I see there is an auto-feed valve on that one(left side, behind return), they were easier than manually feeding. Also looks like three zone heating. (three returns) Open the hand valve, you would watch the gauge, bring the pressure to @20 psi and close the valve. The expansion tanks were mostly in the attic or top floor, that was vented outside. They gave off good heat especially with those big old cast iron radiators.Those burners would run and run sometimes for an hour or more to make heat. I have some old heating books around somewhere, I’ll see what I could find and down load some pictures. That hole system installed was @$300.00 new, with labor.
