In allot of cases if a Real Estate Agent moves he is not doing well where he was. I would check up on the area he came from and get the juicy story. I had one Real Estate Agent here say he was going to run me out of town. I am still here and he is not doing well as a Real Estate Agent and he was mad at me for pointing some dangers out not in the standards of practice, his Patty Cake Inspector was not used because the people searched for a Inspector themselves and did not trust him.
In there own words they said they where happy they did not get sucked into this Flipper.
