1.False
2. a - unipolar
3. not moving (resting)
4. Polybutylene pipes being used, can deteriorate and lead to leaks. TPR tube appears to be reduced at the copper elbows. Hot (outlet) side is only 1/2"… Depending on size of home, this can lead to reduced hot water pressure.
5.(a)
#1 - False #2 - Non Polar in nature #3 - Has resistance #4 - Water heater was observed having its TRP valve terminate into an indiscriminate place. The visible portions of the homes plumbing appeared to be polybutylene. Polybutylene pipes can become brittle over time, especially when exposed to chlorine in water. This can lead to cracks and leaks. Polybutylene pipes may impact your ability to obtain homeowners insurance. We recommend a licensed plumbing professional further review the plumbing of the home before the close of your inspection contingency period. #5 - a) they are very similar

Polybutylene (PB) piping and improper installation observed. This type of piping is known to degrade when exposed to chemicals commonly found in the water supply (such as chlorine) eventually leading to micro-fractures, leaks and potential water damage to the property.
