2. A structural _______ load is a _______ load
torsion twisting
How a load is centered on the building components is important

Load Imposition
Some vehicles have torsion bar suspension; the vehicle is attached to one end
of a spring steel bar (the torsion bar) while the wheels are attached to the other end
Although a building torsion load is not designed to be a spring, the load and
stresses are the same
Buildings that have structural component failure often place undesigned
torsion loads on remaining structural members

5. How high can a circuit breaker panel be?
There is no defining height is mandated from floor to panel box base
There is no maximum height specified for the panel box, but the center of the highest breaker handle in its highest position cannot be more than 6-foot 7-inches above the floor
The question was panel height, not breaker height.
