  1. Termite bait station - keep an eye out for WDO damage.

  2. Improper electrical splice, vent connector is bent and restricting air flow

  3. Spalling at concrete wall

  4. Improperly routed TPR valve

  5. Bonding looks good

Well this week was tough.
It was so close I put all the names in the hat & drew one out.
Congrats to JOE YOUNG!

  1. Subterranean termite bait station.

2) Clothes dryer cord was cut & then spliced, just great for 220V… . …
Clothes dryer vent non-approved mylar foil, bent/restricted.

3) The garage carbon monoxide vents have been sealed by cement.
I see this a lot in Florida. People think they’re keeping out lizards.
Here’s one last week where they stuck a block on the exterior.
Mr. lizard is ready to come in now.

4) Water heater TPRV drain line improperly reduced in size, routed upwards.

5) Pool motor/pump electrical bond connection.
Don’t forget to look for this on a whirlpool tub motor/pump if there is access to it.
