Jeff, The checklists for certification in the Pa. Radon Certification Guide states that all price lists and result report forms are required to contain the Notice to Clients as it appears on page 74 of the guide. I don’t know if they push this issue or not but just to be safe I include it on my reports and website. FYI…Bob

Thanks for the effort to keep us all up to date with the law. It is good to know that those inspectors that are not compliant can advertise the radon testing legally.
