If in the state of NJ there are 27 ground floor apartments in one building and the building is 5 stories high,
How many short term charcoal canisters radon testing are necessary in state of NJ? is it true that each ground floor apt needs two canisters side by side within 4" of each other??

As of December 3, 2022, you can no longer perform radon testing in commercial buildings without the additional “commercial building” training and certification.

Correct. Assuming all certifications are acquired…multi dwelling units…etc…do all ground units need two tests -DUPs and all units above that require 10% also need the DUPs??

As of December 3, 2022, you can no longer perform radon testing in commercial buildings without the additional “commercial building” training and certification.
For apartments, large buildings, and schools, you learn this when you receive your certification and training. I expect you know to start with MA MFLB-2023 to review protocol. As I understand, carbon pouches are used along with protocol for spikes and blanks. I’m not certified for schools and apartments. Let us know when you review the ANSI Standards or finish your certification.
Edit (doing your homework): Section 3.1.1 and Figure 3-D cover ground floor test locations. Section 2.8.4 covers spiked tests. Section 2.8.3 covers requirements for blanks.
