Rake edge flashing qusetion

Can someone help me with some terminology for this flashing? Water is obviously getting underneath.

Missing Drip Edge flashing.

The shingles on the raked ends should extend the roof plane by 5/8 of an inch.
Your photo #1 only shows the top of the roof plan with a trim.
I would like to see the exposure from underneath the rake.

The second photo show no step flashing on the 90% vertical wall intersection or parapet.
Hypothesizing water infiltration or do you have proof?
