I am working on obtaining the RCI (residential combination inspector) certification through the ICC to be able to perform FHA inspections.
I have spoken with a couple of mortgage professionals and they are only familiar with the FHA appraisals.
Does anyone else on here perform FHA inspections and have any advice on who to speak with when it is time to get on lists for these? Thanks.
