According to Will Decker,he used photo's that he took,photo's from the BBS,and the internet. All to the best of his knowledge had no coypright.
If for any reason that you know for a fact that a photo that is included on this cd is copyrighted,please contact me so I can edit the cd and remove or replace it.

That is EXACTLY what I hoped for. Here I made this CD for a presentation to my local Chamber of Commerce, then we used it at the IAR convention, then at a local Chapter meeting.
Then I sent it to Aimee who made it available on the site.
Now, from the feedback I am getting, NACHI people all over the country are sending it to Realtors. And you say that Realtors are actually BUYING it for their agents!
See! Take some time during the skow season and create one. You guys are just as smart (probably) and much more funny than I am. Make the presentation striking, show the job from our POV. Make it funny. to keep them interested. Make it informative, educate some one in a helpful way and they tend to like you.
Then, pass it around. Sell them for a nominal price at your local chapter meetings in oprder to raise funds for the chapter. Send it to Realtors, Real Estatre lawyers, mortgage brokers and bankers, RE inventment groups, anyone involved with homes. Especially send it to Amiee for inclusion on the site.
