Plumbers would not have found leaking shower pan and that is why I recommend you with your IR.

I just luv it when Bob E,Troy P and 9000 other Nachi home inspectors miss leaking shower pans;-) This one was caught just as it started to leak. Thanks Troy Thanks Bob you guys make me shine:p

Making myself look good and other inspectors look bad on the public side of the forum is great for SEO…good job Charlie.

Your the best.

pretty early in the day to be shined up don’t You think ?

Its all in fun Nathan but I can imagine very well How many leaks are missed because I know how many I find. Just trying to get Troy and Bob out of the closet:p

I didn’t see charley mention full names. If charley wants to mess people over he would just be quiet on the message board and slam you when you not there, instead he shows you case after case and case where his camera saved his clients potentially thousands of dollars and many safety issues.

I honestly think he is trying to improve the industry by making case after case…

Am I wrong?

No you are not wrong I just have a way of proding guys to take the correct path. I try to stay on a friendly bases with all, I dislike arguments:mrgreen:

I don’t find nearly as many leaky pans as I used to on new construction. Most of the builders here have taken to recessing the shower pan into the slab whenever it’s not a prefab base.

I do still find this on a regular basis though.

I’m getting there Charley. You will pay for it when I am blowing up your phone all the time with questions

Go for it I luv it. You guys just don’t realize I am a hermit with no one to talk to except my horses when not inspecting. I can just see my nearsest neighbor as the crow flies 3/4 mile in the distance.

When you get me on the phone I don’t know when to shut up

Well there goes the possible votes by Bob, Troy and other inspectors for Charlie for Member of the Year.:stuck_out_tongue:

That is ok I have never been one to not say what I think and rarely think what I say;-)

And holding with that thought, I think Charley should buy a nice IR camera for whoever nominated him.

How about I teach them how to use it:D;-)

Charley I just voted for you and we need 2 more to even the race.

or both.

Cool;)

Oh god, I feel another level 1 course coming on. I’ll just take the camera. The FLIR T440 please!!:mrgreen:

Greg when I am good and ready this will be my choice!
