This has been a weird two weeks. I travel 70 miles to inspect a 100 year old house and there’s crap everywhere. I moved a small piece of furniture to inspect the main panel but when I came to the furnace and water heater they were packed tight with plastic totes. Couldn’t find the water entry. This week I can’t find the attic access. The seller shows up and says “It’s in the hall closet” which was packed with crap. Don’t the listing agents tell these people to MAKE ACCESS?
Do you all charge to return and how much? Thanks for letting me vent.
Absolutely!
Something that I have learned over the years. If your time costs someone a lot of money, they will regard it as valuable and treat it as such. If you give it away, they won’t worry much about wasting it.
I’ll second that.
