I have been removed from NACHI as a member and my membership has not expired NOR have I received any type of refund.

Whoever is in charge of this cyber organization should fix this problem.

I checked. You last paid your dues on October 6, 2003. Email me your contact information again and I will hook you back up until you get your dues in.

Also, fix your website as per our COE.

I paid my dues early but my membership does not expire until November 26. When you sent out my renewal you put the date you received the money and not the date of my actual renewal.

I knew this was going to happen because of the disorganization of membership paperwork.

Please re instate me until November 26.
I am paid up to that date.

Sorry I paid early last year, I should not have.

whereby staff is checking to see if membership dues are current, if the member’s phones are on (to see if they retired or left the business), and to see if compliance with logo use (or lack of it) is adhered to.

Any one of these ongoing checks could result in your accidental removal.

I will need a good explanation on how NOT having a NACHI logo is a violation of the COE.

We feel that section 3.2 would require a logo/link to NACHI on your home page… if and only if any other association has a logo/link on your home page.

In other words, we don't want to make some iron-fisted rule that requires members to put a NACHI logo/link on their home page. That's not our style. You don't have to have a link to NACHI at all and http://www.nachi.org/coollinks.htm are mere suggestions. However, we have some members of other associations here who clearly joined for the traffic benefits of http://www.nachi.org/alexasitecomparison.htm This is also fine by NACHI, provided they don't disparage NACHI relative to that other association indirectly by omitting mention of NACHI on their home page when, and only when, they include another association. This public disparagement violates 3.2.

What does this have to do with the price of rice in china! I can't find anything in the NACHI CoE that says you have to give equal billing to anyone or logo.

Heck this should clean out about half of the listed members! What happens to all of those free memberships? I was told by an inside source that over 23% of the members have free memberships and many of those are lifetime memberships!

So now NACHI is directing me to add their logo to my website. With an iron fist I might add.

Since when did we have the right to demand logos on member's websites?

You have just opened a can of worms

I would like to see that also, I've been a little quiet here lately and was planning to keep that way, BUT if the owner of this org or any body else tell's me I am required to display there logo that WILL change,
This is my business, and you mr gromiko will not tell me what to or not to place on my website, and when you do the nachi logo WILL be removed immediately

No one is telling anyone they have to put a NACHI logo on anything. Read my last post carefully, I haven’t edited it.

Any public disparagement of NACHI is a violation of 3.2 though.
