Hi everyone.
Did an inspection on a singl family detached home built in the 70’s Roof was redone a feww years back with some general wear and tear.
However, I lifted the shingles to see underneath and I can see the wood decking. I looked a bit deeper and there was a ice and water membrane but it just didnt extend and cover all the wood.
Is this a defect? Looking for some feedback.
Thanks,

Thanks Bert. There was no drip edge so yea I guess I can just call that out and mention the exposed wood.
