used an architecture dictionary to create the template menu for the standard & less common
occasionally have to field a call because of the tech description no one ever heard of

had a client call sooooo excited because she won scrabble/wwf with the roof style term she learned from her inspection report, ya never know

It is a Florida wind mitigation report requirement.
A foshizzle roof is one where a dutch clipped hip clips below the remaining gabled double mansard, but above where a bastard overframe valley ties into any kind of a bonnet shed.
We have several here in Montreal Kenton. A dutch contractor built 20 traditional Dutch style homes in Montreal. All have the fireplace and stone chimney in the front. They are or are going to considered a heritage buildings.

Dutch style homes. I will try to find photos. Installed shingles on 2 of them. Both owners said they were modified. I do not know if they were foshizzle.
