Felt like I had to advise the current homeowner of possible concerns here. Not many ways to candy coat this one.
Actually after questioning the owner, he said that he only used the barrels to dump his old fireplace ashes into, but I still could not pass up the photos.

Is there a minimum distance the tank must be from the edge of the lot?
Does the tank have to have ballards around it or fencing? What are the requirements? Does it vary residential to commercial?
Good pic to get me to think how I would have handled it.......I Still wana go to the Bar-B-Que...
