Actually after questioning the owner, he said that he only used the barrels to dump his old fireplace ashes into, but I still could not pass up the photos.

Is there a minimum distance the tank must be from the edge of the lot?
Does the tank have to have ballards around it or fencing? What are the requirements? Does it vary residential to commercial?
