Thanks again for your insight JJ, Please forgive my terrible grammar and inappropriate usage of words. My mustache will never be as grand and I’ll never get the “ey” right for my Minnesota slang. Please forgive my trespasses. Also, just so I’m professional…
Let me rephrase…
I had a client write me about a month after my inspection asking what this pic is of. He’s looking at the small yellow item on the CEILING in the garage.
You, nor we can tell from here what it is connected to looking at a picture.
Seeing this is from a “client”, it appears that you inspected this house. Why don’t you know what it is for? I recommend you go back out there and follow up on your clients concerns/questions. You might learn something in the process. Cheap education…
LMAO, Thanks for chiming in late Dave and stating what I already said. I’ll give you some FREE education. Check up on your website for contradicting information, it can confuse your clients. Also not sure why you even hang out with us lowly home inspectors… Your main page clearly trashes us and our “screwdrivers” .
Hope you have an amazing day! I’m back to my… how you put it… “home inspections that require time-consuming observation and reporting on components that any homeowner should be able to accomplish on their own, before calling me”
