This house is 4 sale, realtor did not want me to say anything to buyer about the painted-over hairline crack, deteriorating rod holes etc, i said blllsht baby lol, i took video and showed buyer
and you know Bubba-Milk told the buyer do NOT buy the supposed 99% solve-all leaky basement crap that says, ‘Oh just raise n slope the grade’. FIND the problems, FIX the problems correctly, move on to the next problem with the house.
