Just wondering for the state of Florida can I use the Nachi standards, or do I have to use the state’s which I believe is FABI?

Use any standard you like as long as it at least meets the retirements in FL

Florida is still working on the SOP, use the Nachi and you will be fine.

At the current time, as you are a member of NACHI, use that one. If Florida has an SoP in place shortly, you will have to use that one. If you have any questions about it, just e mail or call me.
