Spring Hill 4 point insurance inspection anyone

PM me …

Will they accept Citizens?

Tom
sent you a pm

Really???

Who in the hell would not accept that abortion of a mini home inspection in place of a traditional 4 Point?

Kind of like saying to someone hey I owe you $5 but will you accept $5000 Instead

I would not but citizens sure as hell does not have the character I have.

They are the scum of the scum. Yes I know it is not citizens the OP is talking about but they are all the same. Kind of like fluffers.

You have to put the same information, basically, on every form, so what is the difference?

Believe me, I would be all for a standardized, simple, one-page form…but no one wanted that. Now you are going to have the 100 or so insurance companies wanting everything on either the Citizens form, the State Farm form, or their own form.

And by the way, if you know what you are doing, the Citizens form is actually the easiest to fill out. I do it onsite in about 5 minutes.

Thanx Ed…check your e-mail

Meeker…isn’t the Gulf coast wonderful, now go back home.

Eric, who knows which underwriter they will peddle this too, I have submitted a Citizens 4 point During a Spring Hill home inspection before and never heard a peep. I suspect something could be different now because of Stucco problems, second floor bathrooms, sinkholes, maybe Ed could chime in if we can keep the Meeker’s mouth shut for a spell.

I suspect most of us know this by now…

“Most”

If you have a spring hill form, send it to me and I’ll make it executable, if it isn’t already. ev@magnuminspections.com

Not likely tommie

Spring Hill Form???

I believe Spring Hill is the location of the property - not the underwriter???

hahahaha…just noticed that.
