Steel Deck

Don’t see these too often. Not a great looking deck but solid as you need.

Zero give in the railings.

I’d take the railings off and use for my backyard helipad.

I would be concerned with rust issues though…constant maintenance.

Its galvanized with powder coats, the decking is rubberized. Not very pretty.

Looks too Commercialized to me.
(No high heels Permitted sign missing) ;)

Only a Frenchman would be worried about the woman not wearing high heels at a barbecue

LOL, could also be used for sifting sand for mortar.

Satilite dish, just need a little tilt

Did you note the landing dock for the spaceship just behind the communications dish?

Was the owner a welder?

Packaged units from a steel deck supplier. And Jeff, the landing dock is what was left when the previous owners removed the pool.

REO property with an addition built on a sidewalk, no footings. Well I think no footings and I’m positive I’m correct but all I can write is “COULD NOT DETERMINE IF FOOTINGS WERE USED UNDER THE BACK ADDITION”
