Don’t see these too often. Not a great looking deck but solid as you need.
Zero give in the railings.
I’d take the railings off and use for my backyard helipad. 
I would be concerned with rust issues though…constant maintenance.
Its galvanized with powder coats, the decking is rubberized. Not very pretty.
Looks too Commercialized to me.
