Alot of problems! Most of the pictures were taken in JOCO kansas!
But I can fill up camera chips all day long any day of the week in the 8 county metro!
I did for over 27 years!
I finally tore my right shoulder up! Too many sand piles!
I have been off sence late september and I am going even more CRAZY!!
Then I was before the operation! Its getting better by the day the shoulder anyway! Not my head!!
I was told I was to passionate about the stucco!
So I folded my buisness and now it is worse!

Carl, glad to hear the sholder is getting better, my wife tore her rotator cuff 2 years ago, and it still isn’t “right”. her doc. said it will never be better than 70%-80% tops. good luck.
The DR. told me it could take a year to get back to normal! But Iam not sure what normal is!
It is past time for me to find a new trade. I have had 3 cortisone shots in my lower back,2 in my right elbow,2 in my right shoulder,1 in my left shoulder,2 in my neck! OUCH!!! Time to take care of whatis left if itis not to late!

This is not only a problem with stucco, but any type of siding if the house wrap is not installed properly. I see the same type of rotting after a few years with some re-siding job, because of the poor installation of the “J” metal trim.

We don’t see much stucco in this area, but do see a lot of Dry-Vet and other types of synthetic stucco. Weather there is stucco or siding the problems are the same if the product isn’t installed properly. I have seen the same conditions on houses sided with hardboard, cement board. and with other types of siding. Still comes down to how well it is installed and how well of a flashing job was done. I run into contractors and roofers who don’t know what step flashing is or why it is used. Most contractors or installers haven’t been trained to do a good job, only to get the work done quick.
