SUPRA access for inspectors?

It looks like the majority of regions in California are way behind the times with not allowing Supra Access to home inspectors. I must say I’m really surprised that they don’t, especially with all the traffic and the hassle it is for the agents to have to drive or have their assistant drive to the home to let the inspector in.

Speaking of CA, Florida just got it’s first In-N-Out burger somewhere nearby…

I really miss El Pollo Loco. That was one of my favorites when I lived out there. :chicken:

East Coast HQ planned to be located in Franklin, TN opening the path to East coast locations beginning late 2024.

In N Out is over hyped.

We were not “wondering” and you keep watering down your post because you are “dilutional”…

Well, somebody will stumble upon it years from now and find it useful I’m sure.

My realtors give me the lockbox code. No driving for them.

How is posting information that is specific to Ohio without stating such help to the OP? You gave him false information (for him) that implies he should be able to do something that he can’t. How is that helpful?

It would be like me trying to explain the process to get a license in Ohio. It’s not a topic I know anything about.

What associations have this thing I can sign up for?

I will force my knowledge upon you no matter how irrelevant.

SRAR (San Fernando Valley) has it. But I’ve never used it.

I’ve been doing this for almost 10 years and have 5 Inspectors on my team, and not having a Supra has never been an issue. 99.9% of agents don’t expect you to.

The .1% of agents who think you should don’t know enough about their own profession to know why they’re asking you to have it.

Sounds like those pounding their political ideas in other threads, no?

So the process of obtaining a Supra Key is now specific to Ohio. SMH

I didn’t give him false information, I shared my knowledge of the process of how I obtained mine.

You don’t know any more than I do about how to get access to a Supra Key from the OPs local area, same goes for everyone else that’s chimed in on this thread.

Again, there’s nothing wrong with others sharing their experiences about getting a Supra Key, whether they’re in Florida, Ohio, Georgia, Illinois, Minnesota, or Central California.

Does anyone actually look to see what category the threads are posted in before reading and replying to the threads?

Do you look to see if you’re in the kitchen or the bathroom before checking a sink?

Surely you can do better than this.
