Supra ekey help

Can someone please explain to me in complete detail how to get access to Supra.

Typically they are controlled by your local real estate board, so what I did is probably irrelevant to you. Contact your local real estate board

Call the local realtor association most of the time you will have to join as an associate member, pay an initiation fee, annual membership fee and then a quarterly supra access fee. Details and access can very depending on your location and the associations rules.

The RE associations in my area only allow RE agents and appraisers access to them. Us peon HIs have no chance for them as of now.

You might want to post your location. In many parts in California (if not all), you can’t get Supra without RE license.

I don’t need Supra because I’m given the lockbox code or the RE opens/locks the home.

I’m in Macon GA.

I’m in NE GA and HIs can’t have access to them. It may be that way through out the state.

Some members had success getting a Supra Key after first being denied by joining their local Board of REALTORs (Yes, most allow inspectors to join) and then going back to the MLS armed with that proof of membership and their free fidelity bond which ever member has through InterNACHI here: InterNACHI's $25,000 Honor Guarantee

Can you get access to ShowingTime in your area?

I pay to be an affiliate member $125/yr to get SupraKey access.

I think its another money grab… and wish people just used the normal lock box. just my 2cents.

I don’t know. I’ve never had to inquire about it. My wife is a RE agent and goes with me on almost ever inspection. She is my “SupraKey” when other agents are not available.

We work well together and cuts the time of the inspection down. She checks the receptacles, runs and checks water in kitchens, bathrooms, does the windows and doors etc. Usually knocks off 45 minutes or so. Valuable ASSett in many ways… :sunglasses:
