That's not the Hot Water Tank Leaking

I’m wondering where the heck this water is coming from, at the base of the water heater, no not outside, finally back into that ugly crawl space, there is a small gap in the side wall so I stick my camera in there to find this 150-year-old mansion still has its water cistern, ugg that’s where all the mosquitos are coming from! I asked the seller and she said, I never go down there it’s to scary, lol, you never know what you’ll find…
