Given that JF email was private and not sent via Nachi resources and was his opinion the fact that I reposted JF letter did not fall under the guise of the COE. Therefore JF as Chair had no business instructing the ESOP to act in the manner it did, and the actions were solely based on JF vindictiveness, and need to satisfy his animosities and his subjectivity. Now if JF had sent me a NACHI private email he may have had a case. Unfortunately none of you on the ESOP have been astute enough to ensure objectivity in the rendering of your decisions and as such it further illustrates JF had no cause to call Roy and berate him. Thank God I had the good sense to forward to Mr. Cohen JF’s letter. This matter was so straight forward that anyone should have been able to see what was going on. I want to thank Mr. Cohen for assisting me in proving my point that the actions of the ESOP have no equity in law, let alone the lies propagated by JF and the ESOP who went along willingly.

You were found guilty of posting a communication with the sole intent to harm me.You were asked to remove the post by NACHI’s President. You refused. You were expelled from the org. You then went on a tirade. You were subsequently banned from this message board.
There is no secrecy; no star chamber; no conspiracy.
If this is the “letter from NACHI’s attorney” that Roy eludes to, it says nothing about improper procedure, nor does it say anyting regarding NACHI not being able, at its discretion, to control this message board. It merely re-affirms that NACHI does not control what you or I say in private e-mails. It is not the e-mail content that is in question. It was what yout intent was when you posted it, again and again. If this is your “trump” card, you lose.
