The Client Fidelity Pledge and the opposing pledge

This type of post is why so many take issue with you around here.

Being “good” has absolutely zero to do with recalls or providing near worthless warranties.

And promoting fear by making wild claims about “known fire hazards that could kill you” is beyond normal marketing hype.

It’s dishonest.

But those who routinely use fear to sell their gimmicks are what they are.

I doesn’t take a linguist or writing analyst to figure out that the two JB’s are one and the same. Very adult Bushart…very adult indeed!

If you have proof. Post it.

You said you did in the past but apparently that was another lie.

Your depictions of the “minions” as “struggling” is made from whole cloth but when you are prone to lying like yourself, no one is surprised that you would claim that.

You trade in hype and fear.

Let the buyer beware.

Ask Nick about him George. I’m certain he’s looked up the IP address of Mr. Biggs months ago as this is easily done. The IP will at the very least tell you what state he’s in.

Let us know what you find out.

What an A s s h o l e.

I have grounds to file an ethics complaint against you once again.

But what’s the point when you are here with Nick at your back.

It doesn’t take an IP address…just read his writing. Nick can chime in if he wishes.

You’re right. The "I"s & "T"s are all written exactly the same way.

Oh that again.

Post the emails or stfu

We know you won’t post them because you have so far refused to release Joe F.

LOL !

But Nate, you said you were going to post the emails the next time you went to the office? that was a few days ago. Are you going to keep your word?

Thanks

Jim

Which rules are those?

The proof must be in the pudding. How can one POSSIBLY make this statement as a matter of FACT, when at best, it is pure CONJECTURE.

NAthan does not provide the only service for checking the existence of recalls. We know this. Nor is he the only supplier of home warranties. We also know that.

Finally, we know that many inspectors far exceed minimalist inspections.

So, the premise of his post is patently false.

As to the rest, Nathan may post the emails, but when he posts one, or a portion thereof, he does three important things:

  1. acknowledges that he has released ALL content of his own free will

  2. he acknowledges that once released, all may be released, in its full and unedited format

and

  1. that he provides a blanket release/hold harmless to me, with regard to releasing or discussing ANY portion or portions of the ENTIRE e-mail exchange and the threat of litigation contained therein.

Post away, Nathan. Please release the e-mails

To me not providing my customers names to anyone for a profit is a given.
If it means not doing business or referring any one associated with this crap I’m more than willing to take a stand.
And yes if that means quitting ASHI I will, if they continue to support this type of unprofessional crap.

Like Joe B stated on another topic, I want my profession back.

I cannot believe/ or understand after all of the crap and lies, name calling and slander of other inspectors made by nate on this site, why any professional vender that’s associated with him or any other org that nate claims they promote or endorse his products would still have any thing to do with him or any of his companies.
As far as I’m concerned shame on all of them , and that includes ASHI.

To be honest I’ve considered looking into his products and thought they may be a good marketing tool, after seeing who the person really is that represents and how they are they are represented I’m glad I choose not to.

Not mention why any other professional vender or HI association would stand for nates claims that his mommy and daddy will cover for him in the Indiana
H. I. Lic. board. Does his mommy and daddy even know this ?

Since the venders and other associations still continue to associate with this type of open to the public unprofessionalism ,
I can only assume someone is blowing smoke on the numbers of how many inspectors, real estate professionals or future home buyers that visit this site everyday.

Who knows I could also be known as Mr Biggs :mrgreen::twisted:

The same could be said for those that flaunt “trustworthy”

An speaking of insignificant morons…

Nathan, where are the e-mails. You seem to have time for everything else!

Post those e-mails!
Post those e-mails!
Post those e-mails!
Post those e-mails!
Post those e-mails!

No guts, no glory.
Show the world how you spun this tale of nonsense.

The trustworthy inspector pledge is a simple concept.

If you don’t qualify, don’t sign it.
