Yes David, I do read the labels in the panel when I have a question, albeit infrequently. Unfortunately, some of the sparkies around here aren’t up to date with many things, including FPE panels. When I write up two different brands of breakers in the panel, I like to cite where to find that it isn’t allowed.


Until a couple of years ago, it was common practice to lug the neutral wire and the ground wire under the same terminal, and it always passed the AHJ's inspection! That pretty much changed after the 2002 NEC was implemented. Panels since 2002 look pretty good. ![icon_biggrin.gif](upload://iKNGSw3qcRIEmXySa8gItY6Gczg.gif)
