Hey Andy… i also watched some of your other 'water intrusion videos and SUPPOSED SOLUTIONS, and so far, all rookie water diversion junk that did NOT correctly identify/determine why/where these basements actually leaked, this shtt doesn’t and will not last.
Were you in Michigan too? This house? Ummm, somebody painted the basement walls with Drylok, somebody raised and sloped the grade… house was then sold, buyer moved in…leaked on every decent rain since they moved in… why??? Because of the usual, exterior cracks and other openings that were NOT identified correctly and honestly NOR fixed/waterproofed…= lawsuit.

I have run 69 million free est’s for these terds (most, not all) and just about all are looking for some azz wipe to go over to their homes that are on market, and leak, and do some stupid incompetent bs like PAINT, or extend downspout ext’s from the East Coast to the fkkkkg West Coast, they don’t want to pay to fix the existing dang problems. They want to fk the buyers, and often they do.

I don’t give 22 flying fks whether Handy or anyone else has an A++++ blow-me rating with the better azzhole bureau, on this subject, most of 'em sukkk, period.
