finished basement so, a water test was done before anything was written up and, yep they got water in where the bottom of the block wall meets the floor = 1 or more exterior openings, cracks, cracked parging etc allowing water into blocks then onto floor = needs exterior waterproofing of this area

ran water test after job was done, a longer water test against wall which now has mostly pea stone backfilled, nuttin, no water enters
